Small
We recommend a "small" for those who have a normal to heavy flow but have not given birth vaginally. If you have given birth vaginally, we recommend you size up to the large. The cup's height is 6.3 cm and 4.3 cm in diameter. The cup holds approximately 28ml. of flow.
Large
We recommend a "large" for those who have given birth vaginally or been diagnosed with a condition called Menorrhagia. The large cup's height is 6.9 cm and 4.7 cm in diameter. The cup holds approximately 36ml. of flow.
Mini
We recommend a "mini" for teens and petite anatomy. If you suspect you have more than light to normal flow, we recommend you size up to the small. The cup's height is 5.7 cm and 3.8 cm in diameter. The cup holds approximately 18ml. of flow.

I don't have to wear an uncomfortable pad ever again, now it does sometimes leak but not a lot to the point of horribly stained undies (that is if you empty it regularly cuz if not the cup gets full and and let's out all the blood it can't hold anymore) but I've only ever had that problem once on a heavy flow overnight. Other than that I feel really great almost like I'm not on my period.

I have tried other brands, I’m still pretty new to menstrual cups, but June has to be my favorite brand so far. It is great quality and has many sizes. Even has an extra small, that other brands don’t provide. It helps when learning how to use one and holds a good amount.

I currently attend classes and I have had no leaks throughout any lectures. I also love the price and bought this pack on sale (20% off). Compared to common drugstore brands, like honeypot, this actually saved me a lot of money. It’s affordable and the shipping fee wasn’t too bad.
